• Itemized bills: We provide itemized bills that detail all the charges incurred during your stay at the hospital. This includes charges for room rent, medicines, procedures, and diagnostics. You can review the itemized bill and seek clarification if necessary.
• Insurance coverage: If you have health insurance, we will coordinate with your insurance provider to ensure that the billing process is smooth and hassle-free. We will provide all the necessary documentation and information to your insurance provider to facilitate the claim process.
• Payment options: We offer multiple payment options, including cash, credit/debit cards, and online payment facilities. We can also assist you with the EMI facility, which allows you to pay your bills in installments.
• Discounts and waivers: We understand that medical bills can be a significant financial burden for some of our patients. To assist such patients, we offer discounts and waivers on specific services and treatments. You can check with our billing department to see if you are eligible for any such discounts or waivers.
