  • Maintain hygiene: We maintain high levels of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hospital to prevent the spread of infections. We provide hand sanitizers at various locations within the hospital, and we encourage our patients and visitors to practice good hand hygiene.
  • Follow hospital policies: We request our patients and visitors to follow our hospital policies, including our no-smoking policy, no photography policy, and no outside food policy.
  • Respect privacy: We respect the privacy and dignity of our patients, and we request our visitors to respect their privacy as well. We have designated visiting hours, and we request visitors to limit their stay to a reasonable duration.
  • Follow discharge procedures: We request our patients to follow our discharge procedures, which include collecting all necessary reports and prescriptions, settling bills, and obtaining discharge summary.
  • Be courteous: We request our patients, visitors, and staff to be courteous and respectful towards each other at all times.
  • Seek assistance: We encourage our patients and visitors to seek assistance from our staff in case of any queries or concerns.
